Breezy Hill Orchards (& Knoll Krest Farms)

Gathered requirements, designed, and implemented an inventory control system for an orchard which produces and markets various apple and pear ciders and baked goods. Inventory control system based in Excel; reports are generated through VBA macros. Manager of Operations for Knoll Krest Farms chicken and egg farms; provided transitional leadership. Designed and implemented a bar code scanning inventory tracking system based upon a POS system known as Store Manager.

Logistics Modernization Program (LMP)

Project Management

Organized workflow from various client sites, departments, and divisions which provided data for migration.

Coordinated efforts of team members to create, maintain and update maps of legacy source data to SAP table and/or structure destination (PS, MM, HR, etc. in proprietary tool with underlying Oracle tables.

Lead team that combined multiple legacy data sources into one database to ensure accurate data for building SAP Material Masters. Team members included client functional, project functional, and project technical experts.

Coding / Data Conversion / Development

Wrote a series of seven programs using VBA which massaged mapping data from the ORACLE dB to produce 24 reports several of which contained multiple worksheets with a slightly different perspective

Created and published mapping reports to project portal (report code generators written in VBA).

Provided VBA expertise to data migration team by creating pre-processor programs that pinpointed data errors and created input files for data migration programs
